Common questions
A lot — it’s where a finish is won or lost. Before any color goes on we move or cover furniture, mask floors and fixtures, fill and sand holes and cracks, caulk gaps, scrape loose material, wash surfaces, and spot-prime repairs and bare wood. On exteriors we power-wash and scrape first. The prep day is the day that makes the result last.
A single room is typically 1–2 days; a whole-home interior runs about a week. Cabinet refinishing is usually 3–4 days (doors are sprayed off-site). A single-story exterior is 3–6 days depending on prep and weather. Tile and drywall vary by scope — your written estimate includes a realistic schedule.
Yes. Every job carries a written 3-year workmanship warranty: if our work peels, cracks, or fails from our application, we come back and make it right. We also do a free touch-up visit within 60 days for any settling cracks.
