Common questions
A lot — it’s where a finish is won or lost. Before any color goes on we move or cover furniture, mask floors and fixtures, fill and sand holes and cracks, caulk gaps, scrape loose material, wash surfaces, and spot-prime repairs and bare wood. On exteriors we power-wash and scrape first. The prep day is the day that makes the result last.
A single room is typically 1–2 days; a whole-home interior runs about a week. Cabinet refinishing is usually 3–4 days (doors are sprayed off-site). A single-story exterior is 3–6 days depending on prep and weather. Tile and drywall vary by scope — your written estimate includes a realistic schedule.
Interior
Walls, ceilings, trim, and doors — prepped, primed, and rolled to a clean, even finish.
Cabinets
A new kitchen for a fraction of a remodel — doors sprayed off-site for a factory-smooth, durable finish.
Drywall
Holes, cracks, water damage, and full new walls — hung, taped, mudded, and sanded ready for paint.
